Cindy Rose

I have lived in Decatur County since 1968, except for the years of 1995-2001 when I lived in Henry and Fayette counties.  I have had my real estate broker’s license since 1988.  I was previously associated with Heartland Realty of Greensburg and with American Heritage Realty in Connersville, IN.

I received an associate degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan and a bachelor’s degree in General Studies from Indiana University.

Most of my career has been in manufacturing, in materials or in customer service. I worked at Cummins Inc. for 16 years before retiring in March of 2021.

In 2013, I went to India on a short-term mission trip. I wish everyone could experience visiting a third-world country; it gives you an even greater appreciation for the USA and all of the many things we take for granted.  I am a former CASA and member of Decatur County 4 Kids.

I am married to Mark and have two children and seven grandchildren (six that are living) ages 14-20.  In my free time I enjoy reading, gardening, spending time with family, playing cards with friends and being involved in my church.

Now that I am retired, I am excited to be associated with Exodus Realty where I can pursue my love of real estate.  I am deeply passionate about this field as well as serving people.  I try to go the extra mile for my clients.  My work experiences, as well as my upbringing, have helped me build a strong work ethic, excellent people skills, and a fervent desire to make even the most difficult deals come together.  If I have the privilege to be your agent, I pledge to give you excellent service.
